Jana is one of the kindest and sweetest human beings I know. Add to that, her professionalism as a businesswoman and passion for photography, and I think that makes her the perfect couples photographer for me and my husband. We had so much fun at our 2-hour photo shoot with Jana!
When we arrived, it was obvious that Jana did her research and scoped out the venue prior to our arrival. She knew exactly where and when she wanted to photograph us. Jana's directions for us were cute and funny, melting away any nerves we had coming into the photo shoot. Most of all, Jana's presence was the perfect blend of easy-going and sunny -- it felt like we were hanging out with a longtime friend, who just happened to be great at taking photos too!
Shortly after our day together, Jana sent us a few highlights from the shoot. A few weeks later, we received all of our photos. We love all of our photos! We looked happy and in love, with all of our most glaring imperfections/distractions taken away (I had a giant pimple/blemish/scar on my right cheek on the day of the shoot, which mysteriously disappeared when we got our photos back).
Having known Jana for many years, I've watched her work hard to invest into her camera gear and photography shooting and editing skills. She is constantly educating herself through workshops with industry experts, online classes and books. She is an amazing photographer with an eye for capturing the sweetest and loveliest sides of her subjects. I cannot recommend Jana enough! : )
